We hired a car and spent a weekend wine tasting with a few friends (Judith, Jen and Yolanda) in the Alsace. Like last year we stayed in Eguisheim. Saturday was very hot (38°C), but Sunday was a bit nicer (30°C). Apart from an ocean of vinyards, we got to see a castle, dancers in traditional costume and a parade. Going to dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Eguisheim was very good too.
